Registration to the Before and After Care Program is on a first come, first serve basis. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit per family is to be paid and returned with your student’s registration to the temporary office. This will ensure that your child has a space reserved for the 2017-2018 school year.
Great news! We are now accepting online payments for Before & After Care through e-Funds for Schools. You must register with e-Funds first, but then you can make online payments anytime! Register for eFunds. If you have questions about e-Funds for Schools or are having problems registering, please contact e-Funds directly by clicking on the Customer Service link at the bottom of your school’s e-Funds page.
The Before Care program operates from 7:00-7:30 a.m., during regular school days and the After Care program operates from 3:00-6:00 p.m., during regular school days. The Before and After Care program will operate on early release days as well. For early release days, Before Care program operates from 7:00-7:30 a.m. and After Care will operate from dismissal until 6:00 p.m. No care will be offered for in service/teacher work days or holidays.
Emergency Before and After Care Program Services will be available as well. Parents will be charged $10 per child for Emergency Before Care. Emergency Before Care is only offered to those students registered in the After Care program and drop off is only available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. Emergency Aftercare is offered to any family in an emergency situation for a fee of $15.00 per child per day. These fees must be paid the day of service. Once again this service is for emergencies only.
